How long does it take for a package to arrive?
For US customers the packages take about 4-7 business days (depending on your shipping method it can reach you earlier).
For international, it takes about 10-15 business days depending on your local post.
My dinnerware arrived but it is damaged or broken
Although dinnerware is protected by layers of honeycomb wrap it is an unlikely event that can happen during any stage of transportation. After sending the pictures to tania@figlinum.com you’ll get a full refund.
I think my package got lost
Sometimes the post office gets swarmed with loads of work (especially during the holidays) and they may be a little behind on some tracking information. If your tracking number hasn’t been updated for 5-7 days after the last check-in, please contact tania@figlinum.com with this issue. If the package was indeed lost during transportation you’ll get the full refund.
I don’t like the items I received, can I return them?
The US customers will get a return label in their package in case they think it’s not their cup of tea. The international return labels are not available at the moment meaning all international sales are final.
